Refund policy

All sales are final. There is a no refund policy. This is simply because each piece is custom made for you and the item cannot be resold. I try my best to communicate with each customer to make sure that they are getting exactly what they want. 

Please refer to the jewelry care instructions to make sure that your jewelry will last as long as possible. Repairs, due to fault of the jewelry making process, will be made free of charge for the first year after the date of purchase. This is void if the jewelry care instructions were not followed. This does not include any refund. 

Damages and mailing issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Message me as soon as possible if something is wrong so we can discuss. 


Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
