All sales are final. no refunds, returns or exchanges. All pieces are made custom for you, with your own sentiments, and cannot be sold to anyone else. I keep any left over preserved milk indefinitely in the event you want to place another order in the future. Please make sure you know your ring size, message me for a printable ring sizer or go to a local jeweler where they can size you for free. Necklace chains are included with all sterling silver and stainless steel pendants for free, they are not covered under warranty.
